ACORN MEDICAL SUPPLY RETURN POLICIES
At AcornMedicalSupply.com, our main goal is to make certain that you receive the suitable product. However, for any reason you may select a product that does not meet your needs. In order avoid needless returns, please consult with an Acorn Medical Supply representative before placing an order. Should you need to return an item, please carefully read the below restrictions and contact us for a Return Authorization Request form.
Most items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund as long as they meet the following conditions:
1. The item must be returned in the original packaging at the client’s expense.
2. The item must be received by us in the original packaging, in new condition, and with no damage such as cracks, marks, missing parts, or dirty – such as tires, arm rests etc.
3. A Return Authorization Request form must be obtained from Acorn Medical Supply within 7 days of delivery.
4. To receive a refund, replacement, or store credit, the item must be returned to Acorn Medical Supply within 7 days of receiving the Return Authorization Request form.
For hygienic reasons, non-returnable products include, but are not limited to:
1. KN95 Masks
2. 3-Ply Surgical Masks

PLEASE NOTE: Items without an RA number will not be valid for refund, replacement, or credit of any type.
Please note that return freight is the customer’s responsibility unless Acorn Medical Supply made an error. Carefully follow all return-shipping instructions that are included with your Return Authorization number. In case an item is returned to the wrong address, Acorn Medical Supply reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping fees associated with shipping the item to the correct location.
To protect the returned items, we extremely recommend insuring the items against shipping loss or damage.
Orders canceled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. Client must accept delivery, obtain an RA Number and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee may apply.
Once your return is received, Acorn Medical Supply will issue a credit to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your credit to post.
If your item is defective or was damaged in shipping, please immediately call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org We will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced, or refunded.
